The Nest. SEFAR directory Membership Terms Last updated: 6 October 2026 These terms apply when you join the SEFAR directory as a member. By ticking the box when you sign up, you agree to them. 1. Who we are The SEFAR directory is run by The Nest, a trading name of Bastian & Nelly Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10482346), whose registered office is at Hay Barn, Rectory Farm, Little Chishill, Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 8PB. You can contact us at nicola@thenest.uk.com. 2. Your membership Membership is currently free. It gives you access to the SEFAR directory: our curated list of consultants, partners and resources for maternity, baby and children's product businesses. We may introduce paid membership tiers or change what membership includes in future. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before any change affects you, and you can leave at any time. You must give us accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details private. Membership is for you and your business only, so please do not share your account. 3. Introductions go through The Nest The directory works because every introduction comes through us. When you would like to work with a consultant or partner you have found in the directory, please contact The Nest first. We will talk to you about what you need, give you our honest advice on whether they are the right fit, and make a warm introduction. By joining, you agree not to contact a consultant or partner you found through the directory directly, for the purpose of hiring them or buying their services without going through The Nest, for 12 months after you last viewed their listing. 4. What the directory is, and is not We vet everyone we list and only recommend people we trust. But listings are information, not a guarantee. Any agreement for work or services is between you and the consultant or partner you choose, on their terms, and they are responsible for the work they deliver. We take care to keep listings accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete or up to date at all times. If you spot something wrong, please tell us. Some partners pay The Nest a referral or affiliate fee when we introduce a member to them. This never affects who we recommend, and we are always happy to tell you whether a fee applies. 5. Using the directory fairly Please do not copy, scrape, republish or share the directory or its listings; use it to send unsolicited marketing or to recruit listed consultants; or do anything that could harm the directory, our members or the people we list. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms. 6. Your information We use the information you give us when you sign up to run your membership, understand your business and point you to the right people and services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after your data and your rights.. We will only send you The Nest News if you have chosen to receive it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. 7. Leaving You can end your membership at any time by emailing nicola@thenest.uk.com. Section 3 continues to apply for 12 months after you leave, for any consultant or partner you found through the directory. 8. Our responsibility Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, because membership is free, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory or from work carried out by a consultant or partner you choose. 9. Changes and law We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
